Terms
A 50 PER CENT DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED ON ALL CAKES AND BUFFETS AT THE TIME OF YOUR CONFIRMATION. For all cakes the balance is required on collection of your cake. (If your cake is being delivered and set up the balance is required two weeks prior to delivery and set up). For buffets the balance is required two weeks prior to your buffet or function.
All our invoices are sent out one month prior to your function date and we ask that cheques be cleared through our bank two weeks prior to your function date. Cheques are made payable to: RICH TRADITIONS BAKERY.
To help your day run smoothly we ask that all special needs and requirements along with table and hall plans are discussed two weeks prior to your function date to allow for any last minute wishes. Cake viewing is always arranged on request.
All our buffet and catering prices and equipment hire are subject to V.A.T. at the current rate.
We try, at all times, to avoid the use of G.M. products and associated foods but some amounts maybe traceable if sourced. A large amount of our products do contain nut, nut oils and associated products so please do advise us of any special requirements.
WE ADVISE THAT ON DELIVERY OF OUR BUFFETS THE RECOMMENDED TIME FOR LEAVING BUFFETS SET OUT WITHOUT THE USE OF A COLD SHELF IS FOUR HOURS MAXIMUM.
